Anyone else's kids have a LOT of questions about the big visible shifts happening with our environment right now?
We've found some lovely ways to spark discussions about our planet with kids of all ages.
ACTIVITIES
Let's start simple. Here are three great links for taking action at home:
- National Geographic Kids - A Kid's Guide for Changing the Planet

BOOKS
And while there are so many ways to connect with this topic online, there is something to be said for the power of a good book. Not only do kids love a hands-on tool they can revisit, but books can be great building blocks - allowing us to layer on age-appropriate info as we grow.
The books we borrow, buy and bring into our homes send unspoken messages about our family values - and we sure hope that changing the way we interact with our planet is high on the list of many!
